Chao Lao Beach

Chao Lao Beach, located about 15 kms away from the office of Amphoe Tha Mai, is one of the most beautiful beaches in Chanthaburi. Shady with coconut tree, the beach is quiet and peaceful. Accommodation and food shops are available. Ideal for rest from November to May. Fantastic coral reefs await for visitors to appreciate.

Direction:
The Khung Wiman Beach, Sadet Cape Beach, Kung Kraben Beach and Chao Lao Beach can be accessible by two routes. One, from the Sukhumvit Road about 30 kms prior to the Chanthaburi town, turn right at Km 301 into route #3399; another, from town to Amphoe Tha Mai and make a further trip to the Wang Tanod dam.
